You can easily reach customer support from the application on your iOS and Android device.
In app, click the two lines icon in the left, that will take you to the Profile section.
Then, at the bottom, you can select Contact Support option.
You can also contact Customer Support by submitting a ticket through the Help Center, available here , or by using the chat bubble in the bottom-right corner.
