Issue: I can't connect to the internet after I turn on VPN 360 on my iPad, iPhone, or iOS device.
Before troubleshooting, please make sure:
- You are connected to the internet via Wi-Fi or a mobile data network
- Your device is not jailbroken
- A 3rd party app is not interfering with Internet Settings 'For example, a sensitive Firewall or another VPN application.
- You are running iOS 11 or above
- Delete app completely
- Press and hold the app's icon until it starts shaking
- Click on the X to remove it
- From device Settings > General > VPN and delete all remaining profile (If any)
- Reinstall the app from the App Store and follow the steps to complete profile installation
- Connect VPN 360.
- Sign in to your account using your credentials
- Connect and Change Virtual Locations, then surf the internet
