Why can't I connect to a Virtual Location?

Before troubleshooting, please make sure:

  • You are connected to the internet via Wi-Fi or a mobile data network
  • You are signed in to your Premium account
  • You are running iOS 11 or above
  1. Sign out from your Premium account
  2. Sign in using your Premium username and password
  3. Connect and change Virtual Locations to check if this issue is with one virtual location or all virtual locations
  4. Disconnect VPN 360 for few seconds then reconnect (This will allow the app to look for the best server to help you connect)

If you are having issues connecting to a specific Virtual Location while signed in and able to connect to other virtual locations, please contact our support.
